Enable cloud recording in your Zoom account to automatically transcribe meetings with NoteWave
NoteWave now uses an AI bot that joins your meetings as a participant. This works with any Zoom account, including free plans. No cloud recording setup needed.

Cloud recording is a legacy method. NoteWave now uses bot-based recording that works with any Zoom account. The information below is only relevant if you prefer to use Zoom's cloud recording feature, which requires a Zoom Pro plan or higher.
Cloud recording requires a paid Zoom plan. However, NoteWave no longer requires cloud recording — our bot joins your meeting directly and works with any Zoom account.
Make sure you selected "Record to the Cloud" not "Record on this Computer" when starting the recording.
Check that your Zoom integration is properly connected in the NoteWave dashboard and that auto-transcription is enabled.
Once cloud recording is enabled, your Zoom meetings will be automatically transcribed by NoteWave
