Troubleshooting

Common Issues & Solutions:

Cloud recording option is grayed out

This usually means you're on a Basic (free) plan. Upgrade to Pro, Business, or Enterprise to access cloud recording.

Recording starts but doesn't appear in cloud

Make sure you selected "Record to the Cloud" not "Record on this Computer" when starting the recording.

NoteWave isn't receiving recordings

Check that your Zoom integration is properly connected in the NoteWave dashboard and that auto-transcription is enabled.

You're All Set! 🎉

Once cloud recording is enabled, your Zoom meetings will be automatically transcribed by NoteWave
