1. Installing NoteWave for Zoom

Option A: Install from Zoom Marketplace

  1. 1Visit the Zoom App Marketplace and search for "NoteWave"

Option B: Install via NoteWave Dashboard

2. Initial Setup & Configuration

4. Using NoteWave with Zoom

Automatic Transcription (Recommended)

  1. 1Start your Zoom meeting as usual
  2. 2Click "Record" and select "Record to Cloud"
  3. 3NoteWave automatically detects when recording ends
  4. 4Transcription begins automatically (usually within 5-10 minutes)
  5. 5You'll receive an email notification when transcription is complete

Manual Transcription

6. Troubleshooting Common Issues

❌ Transcription Not Starting

Possible causes:
  • • Recording saved locally instead of to cloud
  • • Zoom webhook not properly configured
  • • Recording file format not supported
  • • NoteWave subscription limit reached
Solutions:
  • • Always select "Record to Cloud" in Zoom
  • • Check integration status in NoteWave dashboard
  • • Manually trigger transcription from dashboard
  • • Verify your subscription status

⚠️ Poor Transcription Quality

🔧 Connection Issues

If NoteWave can't access your Zoom recordings:
  1. Go to your NoteWave dashboard
  2. Navigate to Integrations → Zoom
  3. Click "Reconnect" or "Refresh Connection"
  4. Re-authorize the permissions when prompted
  5. Test with a new recording

7. Removing NoteWave from Zoom

Uninstalling the App

  1. 1Log in to your Zoom account at zoom.us
  2. 2Go to Zoom App Marketplace

  4. 4Find NoteWave and click "Uninstall"
  5. 5Confirm the uninstallation

What Happens When You Uninstall
