Personalised Document Exports
When sharing meeting minutes, executive summaries, or transcripts with clients, board directors, or external partners, presentation matters. NoteWave's Brand Profile lets you customize every exported PDF and Word document with your corporate identity.
Your configured brand logo, company name, confidentiality badge, and custom legal footers are automatically applied whenever you export a document from the Meeting Minutes Workspace or the transcript viewer.
Configuring Brand Profile
Setup instructions:
- Navigate to Settings from the sidebar
- Select the General tab
- Locate the Brand Profile section
- Enter your company or organization name
- Upload your company logo and choose confidentiality settings
- Changes save automatically with live status confirmation
Company Details & Confidentiality
You can customize three core document branding fields:
- Company Name (up to 120 characters): Displays prominently in document headers, minutes, and cover bands.
- Confidentiality Label (up to 60 characters): Set an official classification badge such as "Strictly Confidential", "Internal Use Only", "Privileged & Confidential", or "Public Record".
- Footer Text (up to 200 characters): Custom copyright notices, legal disclaimers, or regulatory registrations that print on every export page.
Uploading Brand Logo
PNG, JPEG, and WebP formats are supported. A transparent PNG is recommended for seamless rendering on white document headers.
Maximum file size is 4MB and up to 2,000 pixels per side. NoteWave automatically scales and optimizes your logo for document headers.
You can toggle Show Logo on Exports on or off at any time without deleting your uploaded asset.
How Branding Appears on Exports
When you export from the Meeting Minutes Workspace or click Export > PDF / Word on any meeting, the document generator injects your Brand Profile:
- Your logo sits in the top-right or header band
- Your company name and confidentiality badge format above the meeting title
- Custom footer text runs across the footer band alongside page numbers and meeting timestamps
