Overview
An interruption does not always mean the meeting is lost, but recovery depends on what reached NoteWave and whether the original source is still available. Act before deleting anything.
Recover safely
- For a live recording, return to the Record page. If NoteWave offers a recovery prompt, follow it and keep the browser open until the recording or upload completes.
- For an interrupted upload, keep the original audio file, reload the recording page, and upload it again if no completed meeting appears.
- For Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet, check the assistant status, meeting link, host approval, and the platform’s original cloud or local recording. Do not delete that source until the NoteWave transcript is confirmed.
- If only part of a meeting was captured, preserve the original source and contact support before attempting destructive cleanup or duplicate submissions.
What support needs
Include the meeting date and time, title, platform or source type, the account email, what you saw on screen, and whether the original audio or cloud recording is still available. Never send credentials or sensitive audio unless support gives you a secure method.
